澳門大學社會科學學院社會學系現公開招聘社會學助理教授。社會科學學院社會學系開設有社會學本科、社會學博士學位課程以及犯罪學及刑事司法碩士課程。本系滙聚了來自世界各地的學術專才，包括美國、加拿大、中國內地及港澳台地區等。本系學術研究領域主要涵蓋: 老齡化、人口學、家庭與健康; 計算社會科學，定性與定量方法論比較社會學; 文化社會學與政治社會學; 犯罪學與刑事司法等。

The Department of Sociology at the University of Macau invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Sociology. The department offers bachelor’s and doctoral programmes in Sociology, as well as a master’s programme in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Our faculty members come from diverse backgrounds including the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions of China. Our key areas of research include: Ageing, Demography, Family and Health; Computational Social Science, Qualitative and Quantitative Methods; Comparative, Cultural, and Political Sociology; Criminology and Criminal Justice. Candidates from all major areas of sociology are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to applicants with an expertise in gerontology.

Qualification Requirements

申請人應為具有社會學或相關範疇之博士學位（或即將完成博士學位）的學者。本職位歡迎社會學各主要領域之人士申請，具備老年學專長，並具有高等教育水準的研究及教學經驗者將獲優先考慮。獲聘者應於2026年8月就職。

Applicants should hold a PhD degree in Sociology or a closely related field (or be near completion). Applications are welcome from candidates across all major areas of sociology. Applicants with expertise in gerontology and a proven record of teaching and research at the tertiary level will be given preference. The expected start date of the appointment is August 2026.

薪酬

Remuneration

根據獲聘者的資歷，上述職位之可科稅年薪由澳門元855,400（約美元105,600）起。目前澳門的所得稅率最高為12%，符合條件者可獲一定程度減免，實際所得稅率約為5%至7%。除了具競爭力的薪酬外，大學還提供完善的福利，包括醫療保險、公積金、教職員宿舍/房屋津貼及其他津貼。

The taxable annual salary starts from MOP 855,400 (approximately USD 105,600), depending on qualifications. The maximum income tax rate in Macao is 12%, but eligible individuals may enjoy tax reductions. The effective tax rate is typically around 5% to 7%. In addition to competitive salary, the University offers comprehensive fringe benefits, including medical insurance, provident fund, on-campus accommodation or housing allowance, and other subsidies.
