The report is expected to highlight the methodology and technology of values network research of Russian and Chinese entrepreneurs. During the transition to the market, Russian business faced many new problems that are generated by the lack of formation of business values. Chinese entrepreneurs have more experience and traditions of entrepreneurship. The comparative sociological study of the entrepreneurship values among Russian and Chinese entrepreneurs in St. Petersburg was revealed a number of patterns and trends in the formation of these values.
