【内容提要】实现社会结构的改进，破除结构性不平衡，是扎实推进共同富裕面临的深层次问题。从多维二元结构视角考察特大城市共同富裕的实践过程可以发现，在城乡二元结构、体制内外二元结构、行业间二元结构等基础性二元结构，以及本地人口与外来人口等特大城市衍生性二元结构之下，社会收入之差距、财富分配之差距、社会心态之风险等结构性问题，依然是特大城市推进共同富裕面临的主要挑战。在迈向共同富裕的新征程上，特大城市需要认识到多维二元结构性问题的复杂性，在破除历史上积淀形成的结构性不平衡方面作出更大的改进。

Challenges and Countermeasures to Common Prosperity in Megacities under the Multi-DimensionalDual-Structure

Abstract: Achieving an improved social structure and addressing structural inbalance are fundamental challenges in promoting common prosperity. Analyzing the process of common prosperity in megacities from a multi-dimensional dual-structure perspective reveals that disparities in social income, wealth distribution, social mobility channels, and social mentality risks persist as significant challenges in advancing common prosperity, given the foundational dualstructures such as rural-urban, inside-outside system, and inter-industry, as well as the derived dual structures arising from the coexistence of local and migrant populations in megacities.To embark on a new journey towards common prosperity, megacities must recognize the complexity of multi-dimensional dual-structural problems and strive for greater improvements in rectifying historical imbalances caused by such structural imbalance.
