化解劳动力流动的不确定性——B市线上日结零工中介的管理策略研究

【内容提要】在弹性积累体制下,资本在劳动过程和劳动力市场中均面临劳动力流动的高度不确定性。相比其他用工方式,日结零工带来的不确定性尤为明显,与其受到的关注不相匹配。对B市线上日结零工市场的研究表明,中介在劳动力触达、招募、协同管理阶段分别采取引流蓄水、超额招募、全程在场策略,并灵活调用劳动者的多样主体性。相比平台用工,日结零工嵌入生产分工秩序,难以被平台算法统筹,需要不同资本的全流程协作管理;相比劳务派遣,日结零工的用工需求与业务场景的变动性较强,因此中介发展出超额招募和全程在场策略。

Mitigating the Indeterminacy of Labor Mobility: Management Strategies of Online Day Labor Intermediaries in City B

Abstract: Under the flexible accumulation regime, capital confronts a high degree of indeterminacy in labor mobility within both the labor process and the labor market. Compared to other forms of employment, indeterminacy of labor mobility arises from day labor does not receive commensurate academic attention.Field experience from the online day labor market in City B shows that intermediaries adopt differentiated strategies across stages: talent pooling and engagement in labor outreach, over- recnitment in hiring, and continuous on-site presence in coordinative management, while flexibly exploiting the diverse subjectivities of workers. Unlike platform labor , online day labor is embedded within the production's division of labor, making it difficult for platform algorithms to coordinate via platform algorithms and thereby requiring collaboration among different capitals in end-to-end management. In contrast to labor dispatch, its labor demand and business scenarios are more volatile, prompting intermediaries to develop strategies of over-recruitment and continuous on-site presence.
