【内容提要】经济交易与社会关系之间“嵌入”与“脱嵌”的关系一直以来都是经济社会学的核心议题。然而，由于缺乏对社会关系“成本”的讨论，行动者在社会关系中的逻辑与策略一直未得到清晰的呈现。对此，本文提出“关系成本”概念，并基于社会关系的多维结构，指出关系成本的本质是双方在多重均衡结构下的协调成本。依据是否存在“角色冲突”与“利益分歧”,本文区分了三种关系成本，并提出相关的基本命题与一系列子命题，以揭示关系中行动者的决策逻辑。

Money or Affection? Relational Costs and Relational Strategies in Multidimensional Exchange Structures

Abstract: The relationship between “embeddedness ”and “disembeddedness ”in 282 economic transactions and social relations has long been a core issue in economic sociology. However, due to the lack of discussion on the “costs”in social relations, the logic and strategies of actors within such relations have not been clearly articulated. To address this gap, this paper proposes the concept of relational cost. Drawing on the multiplex structure of social relations, the paper argues that relational cost is essentially a coordination cost arising from multiple equilibrium structures between interacting parties. On the basis of whether “role conflict”and “interest divergence”are present, this paper distinguishes three types of relational costs, proposes a set of basic propositions, and develops three groups of empirical hypotheses corresponding to different relational strategies, in order to reveal the decision-making logic of actors in dyadic relationships.
