【内容提要】在乡村振兴与乡村治理现代化的战略背景下，乡村治理的转型需要持续拓展治理的深度。结对治理是地方治理主体依据地方特点所采取的与国家乡村振兴目标相契合的治理策略，为理解治理主体与地方乡土社会的磨合过程提供了经验对象。以“身体在场”动态化和阶段化的研究视角聚焦结对治理实践，可以发现具象的身体在干部“入场”时成为适配乡土信任逻辑的重要载体，身体作为感知帮扶对象生活世界的媒介，让干部对帮扶对象的贫困问题有具象感知的同时，也使结对关系在身体在场的互动中得以确认与深化。即使是在网络互动中，帮扶对象也在复现“身体在场”的互动场景，但政治规则与乡土人情往来逻辑的冲突使二者的关系逐渐淡漠。在探讨政策实践末梢的治理智慧与关系磨合问题时，“身体在场”的个体化微观分析对乡村治理与乡村振兴战略有一定的现实意义。

The "Physical Presence” of Grassroots Governance: The Evolution of Paired Relationships and Interactive Logic: Taking the Paired Governance Model as an Example

Abstract: In the context of the strategic implementation of rural revitalization and modernization of rural governance, the transformation of rural governance needs to continuously expand the depth of governance.Paired governance is a governanced strategy that aligns local governance entities with national rural governance goals based on local characteristics.It provides an empirical object for understanding the integration process between governance entities and local rural society.The article focuses on the practice of paired governance from the dynamic and phased research perspective of "physical presence", and finds that the concrete body becomes animportant carrier for adapting to the logic of local trust when cadres "enter". The body serves as a medium for perceiving the living world of the assistance object, allowing cadres to have a concrete perception of the poverty problem of the assistance object, while also confirming and deepening the paired relationship in the interaction of physical presence. Even in online interactions, the assistance recipients are reproducing the scene of "physical presence", but the conflict between political rules and the logic of local human relations has gradually led to a fading relationship between the cadres and the masses. When exploring the governance wisdom and relationship alignment issues at the end of policy practice, the individualized micro analysis of "body presence" also has certain practical significance for rural governance.
