【内容提要】乡村慈善发展折射了乡村社会变迁的轨迹。福建省晋江市村庄的宗族底色孕育了富有伦理性的慈善形态，市场化进程中的村庄分化提供了乡村慈善适应性发展的契机，在基层组织统合之下形成精英动员、动力调控和社会吸纳的机制。乡村慈善逐渐从主体的伦理实践升华为面向村庄的公益实践，融合了传统与现代，贯通了国家与社会，具有鲜明的包容性。因此，乡村慈善是乡村社会建设的重要方式，具有显著的社会治理效应。作为治理媒介，乡村慈善不仅激发了乡村社会活力，而且维系了村庄心态秩序均衡，将村庄分化中的竞争导入乡村公共秩序再生产的轨道，再造了基层社会治理共同体。

Organizational Integration: The Development Logic and Governance Efficiency of Rural Charity: Case Study of Rural Areas in Jinjiang, Fujian Province

Abstract: The development of rural charity reflects the trajectory of rural social change. The clan background of Jinjiang villages in Fujian province gives birth to ethical charity forms, while the village differentiation in the process of marketization provides an opportunity for the adaptive development of rural charity, forming a mechanism of elite mobilization, dynamic regulation and social absorption under the integration of grassroots organizations. Rural philanthropy has gradually evolved from an ethical practice to a village-oriented public welfare practice, integrating tradition and modernity, the state and society, and showing distinct inclusiveness. Therefore, rural charity is an important way of rural social construction and has a significant social governance effect. As a governance medium, rural charity not only stimulates the vitality of rural society, but also maintains the equilibrium of village mentality and order, introduces the competition in village differentiation into the reproduction track of rural public order, and rebuilds the community of grassroots social governance.
