【内容提要】社会的老年友好型转向不是一个新产生的时代议题，而是一个蕴含在百余年现代化进程与未来现代化发展期待中的，在当代形成适合其发展的基础与条件后而显现出来的深远议题。老年友好型社会建设是将现代化发展进程中积淀下来的消弭老年人与社会秩序鸿沟的社会文明付诸实践的过程，是以国家社会整体发展与老年人个体发展的双向增促为目标，不断精准匹配制度供给与老年人需求满足的社会调适过程，其建设水平是衡量社会现代化水平的基本标尺。随着中国式现代化的深入发展，老年友好型社会建设的水平必然不断提高，从而丰富中国式现代化创造的人类文明新形态的内涵。

Building an Age-Friendly Society: Concepts, Goals and Action Plans

Abstract: The age-friendly turn of society is not a new issue of the times, but a far-reaching issue that is embedded in the modernization process of more than 100 years and the expectation of future modernization development, and has emerged after the foundation and conditions for its development have been formed in the present time.Building a friendly society for the olderly is the process of putting into practice the social civilization that has been accumulated in the process of modernization to bridge the gap between the elderly and the social order,and it is the process of social adjustment that constantly and precisely matches the institutional supply and the satisfaction of the needs of the elderly with the goal of promoting the development of the society as a whole and the individual development of the elderly in both directions, and the level of its development is the basic yardstick for measuring the level of social modernization.With the further development of Chinese modernization, the level of building an age-friendly society is bound to improve, thus enriching the content of the new form of human civilization created by Chinese modernization.
