【内容提要】农村精神障碍者在社区康复中普遍面临公共服务供给不足与社会排斥的双重问题。本研究基于在昆明市Y 县两个自然村实施的精神障碍社区康复项目，通过行动研究探索农村精神障碍者社区康复和社会融入的可行路径。研究发现，农村精神障碍者社会融入的基本服务单元是家庭，促进其社会融入的基本策略是家庭增能，包括家庭能力提升与社区情境改善两方面，一方面提升家庭在疾病管理、情绪管理、职业技能、社交技能以及身份认知方面的能力，另一方面为家庭提供可及的医疗服务、社区参与和就业机会，减少社会污名；农村精神障碍者的社会融入是一个多维的阶梯式情境实践过程，家庭增能可激发家庭社区参与的主体性，扩大其社区参与空间，促进康复者行为管理、生计和社会关系的多维社会融入。

Family Empowerment: An Action Research on Promoting Social Inclusion for People with Mental Disorders in Rural China

Abstract: People with mental disorders residing in rural areas commonly encounter the dual challenges of inadequate provision of public services and social exclusion. Drawing upon the community mental rehabilitation project implemented in two villages located in Y County, Kunming, this study aims to explore a viable approach towards community rehabilitation and social inclusion for rural individuals with mental disorders through action research. The findings are as follows: Firstly, the fundamental intervention unit for social inclusion among mentally disabled individuals in rural areas is the family, and the essential strategy for social inclusion is family empowerment. This involves enhancing family capabilities and improving community conditions. On one hand, it involves strengthening families' abilities in disease management, emotional regulation, vocational skills development, social skills enhancement, and identity recognition; on the other hand, it encompasses providing families with accessible healthcare services, opportunities for community engagement, and employment while reducing societal stigma. Secondly, achieving social inclusion among rural individuals with mental disorders is a multidimensional process that requires situational practices. Family empowerment can stimulate subjective participation from families within communities by expanding their space for involvement and promoting multidimensional social inclusion encompassing behavior management, livelihood improvement, and enhanced social relationships among rehabilitated individuals.
