【内容提要】发展农村教育事业是培育乡村振兴内生动力的重要任务，而大学生支教活动是当下农村教育事业发展的重要补充力量，因此，如何有效动员大学生参与公益支教活动值得研究。本文运用结构化理论的视角，比较分析了官方发起的支教项目、支教类社会实践项目和公益类支教社团三类典型项目。各种类型的规则和资源不断注入支教的动员过程中，而不同行动主体根据规则和资源参与到支教活动中，在多元互动中形成了三种相对稳定的动员机制：规范引导机制、平台竞争机制和意义感召机制。本研究对于促进大学生参与公益活动、在高校和社会中有效激励青年群体的社会参与，具有一定借鉴意义。

Study on the Mobilization Mechanism of Volunteer Teachers amongCollege Students under the Background of Rural Revitalization:Comparative Analysis Based on Three Typical Projects

Abstract: It is an important task of developing rural education to cultivate the endogenous driving force ofrural revitalization. The group of volunteer teachers from college students is an important supplementary force forthe development of rural education at present. How to effectively mobilize college students into teaching supportas public welfare activity, is worth studying. From the perspective of the Theory of Structuration, the authors haveresearched three kinds of volunteer teacher projects, that is, officially initiated volunteer teaching projects, volunteerteaching social practice projects, and public welfare volunteer teaching associations. This paper finds that varioustypes of rules and resources are constantly injected into the mobilization process of supporting education. Differentactors use rules and resources to participate in supporting educational activities. Three relatively stable mechanismshave been formed in pluralistic interaction: normative guidance mechanism, platform competition mechanism, andmeaning inspiration mechanism. This study is of significance for promoting college students to participate in publicwelfare activities and effectively mobilizing the youth’s social participation in colleges and society.
