【内容提要】加快形成同新质生产力更相适应的生产关系具有重大现实意义，既是激发新质生产力发展活力的题中之义，也是规范新质生产力发展秩序的必然要求，还将为共享新质生产力发展成果提供制度保障。坚持党的坚强领导、有效调动各个方面投身新质生产力发展的积极性、统筹好发展与安全，是推动生产关系更好地适应新质生产力发展需要遵循的基本原则。从路径上看，要以经济体制和科技体制改革为动力，以建立高标准市场体系为支撑，以高水平对外开放为进路，不断深化形成同新质生产力更相适应的生产关系的具体实践。

Accelerating the Formation of Relations of Production More Compatible with the New Quality Productive Forces: Significance, Principles, and Paths

Abstract: Accelerating the formation of relations of production more compatible with the new quality productive forces has significant practical significance .It is not only the essence of activating the vitality of the development of the new quality productive forces, but also an inevitable requirement to regulate the developmental order of the new quality productive forces .It will also provide institutional guarantees for the sharing of the achievements of the new quality productive forces. Upholding the firm leadership of the Party, to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties to participate in the development of the new quality productive forces and to coordinate development and security are the basic principles that need to be followed to promote the better adaptation of production to the development of new quality productive forces .From the perspective of the developing path, we should take the reform of both economic and technological systems as the driving force, the establishment of a high standard market system as the support, and high level opening up as the route to continuously deepen and form specific practices of production relations more suitable for the new quality productive forces.
