【内容提要】如何更好地提供公共服务是世界各国政府普遍关注的问题。合供被认为是当前提升公共服务供给效率和质量的有效路径，然而如何影响居民合供意愿在研究领域尚未得到充分验证。本文基于对J 省13 个设区市下辖的95 个县区调查数据的实证分析，梳理了公共服务合供意愿的内在影响因素及其作用机制。研究发现，政府信任、政府透明度与居民的公共服务合供意愿之间具有显著相关性。进一步的分析表明，数字政府对居民的公共服务合供意愿的影响及调节作用显著。为增强居民在公共服务领域的潜力发挥，未来各级政府应采取必要举措，动员社会各个层面的力量，促使其积极参与到公共服务合供领域之中，以助力共同富裕建设。

The Influencing Factors and Internal Mechanism of the Willingness to Participate in Coproduction

Abstract: How to better provide public services is a common concern of governments all over the world.Coproduction is regarded as an effective way to improve the efficiency and quality of public service.However, the research on how to affect residents' willingness to participate in coproduction has not been fully verified.Based on the empirical analysis of the survey data of 13 cities divided into districts and 95 counties/districts under the jurisdiction of J Province, this paper sorted out the internal influencing factors and mechanism of the willingness to participate in co-production.The results show that there is a significant correlation between government trust, government transparency and residents' willingness to participate in coproduction.Further analysis shows that digital government has a significant effect on residents' willingness to participate in co-production.In order to improve the potential of residents in the field of public services, governments at all levels should take necessary measures in the future to mobilize forces from all levels of society to actively participate in the field of public services, and help the construction of common prosperity achieve more substantial progress.
