【摘  要】 随着我国社会主要矛盾的转化，发展不平衡不充分问题成为制约全体人民共同富裕和社会治理的重要因素，实现共享发展和共同富裕成为中国特色社会主义在新时代的必然选择。费孝通在其学术生涯中，对共享发展及其实现路径有许多思考与探索，尤其在阶层、城乡、区域、民族和人类共享方面有丰富的思想。这些思想对实现新时代全体人民共同富裕和走和平发展道路的中国式现代化道路有重要的理论和实践启示。深入挖掘和发扬这些思想，在实践上有助于推进高质量发展，解决城乡、区域和收入分配等方面的差距和全球不平等，逐步实现全体人民共同富裕，推动构建人类命运共同体；在理论上有助于推动中国式现代化研究和中国社会学自主知识体系建构。

Fei Xiaotong's Ideas of Shared Development and Common Prosperity in the New Era

Abstract：With the change of the main social contradiction in China， the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development has become an important factor of restricting the common prosperity and social governance. To achieve the shared development and common prosperity has also become the inevitable choice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In his academic career， Fei Xiaotong has deeply thought about and explored the shared development and the path to realize it， specifically in the aspects of classes， rural and urban areas， regions， ethnicities and human beings. These ideas have important theoretical and practical implications for the realization of common prosperity and the peaceful development of the Chinese modernization path. The in-depth exploration and development of these ideas will， in practice， help promote the high-quality development， addressing the rural-urban， regional and income distribution disparities， and gradually realize the common wealth of all people and promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind； in theory， it will promote the study of Chinese-style modernization and the construction of an independent knowledge system of Chinese sociology.
